OHIP 2012 Application is Here!

A complete application to the OHIP program consists of:

1. the OHIP application form
2. a resume which includes:
   • previous job experiences
   • previous volunteer positions or internships
   • three references from faculty or former employers: provide current contact information (phone and email)
3. at least one letter of recommendation**
4. OPTIONAL: OHIP Demographic Information Sheet

All application items must be submitted by March 2, 2012

Submitting Application:

1. Complete OHIP application form below and press Submit.
2. Next, email your resume and/or letter(s) of recommendation to ohip@aoec.org.

**Letter(s) of recommendation can be sent via U.S. mail postmarked by March 2, 2012 to: Ingrid Denis, AOEC, 1010 Vermont Ave., NW #513, Washington, DC 20005.**
