Welcome to the AOEC Clinic Assets Survey

The goal of this survey is to improve AOEC’s ability to provide assistance to potential patients, government agencies, and colleagues.

We believe that the results of this survey will assist AOEC clinics and staff to identify and access the special expertise available through the AOEC clinic network.  A summary of the results will be provided to AOEC members and will be shared with NIOSH and our other partner agencies.
