When is my application due?

What do I need to include with my application?

To submit a complete application, you must have the following:

  1. The application form (click here to download the MS Word doc);
  2. a resume;
  3. at least one letter of recommendtion.

Are there different application forms for undergraduate and graduate students?

No, all students use the same application form. Click here to go to the Eligibility page for more details.

Can I submit other things with my application such as letters of recommendation?

Yes, letters of recommendations are helpful, but are not required. Please make sure letters and additional information are received by the deadline.

I haven't had much paid work experience. Do I still need to submit a resume?

Yes. Include any volunteer work, organizing experience, or campus student group membership on your resume.

What is the interview process? Do I need to do it in person?

Interviews will be done either in person or by phone, depending on the circumstances.

When will I be notified if I have been accepted into the program?

We will let all applicants know their status in late April. Students accepted into the program will have one week to decide whether to accept the position. Please understand that there may be delays in notifying students of final acceptance, based on the status of our funding.
